“All” your questions about IBM Verse Basic have been answered in the FAQ about IBM Verse Basic.
There are some exceptions to this list, like the answer to Question 16:

Oh, it’s easy to sign up, but good luck with the acknowledgement, welcome e-mail, and a user name/password. I still haven’t received mine. And it’s been at least two months.

I have been waiting for my account for over a month now. But i am no longer interested, because i am pretty sure that the rest of IBM verse is not so much better then the sign up process.
It’s really strange to me that something as simple as signing up for a service, from IBM no less, appears to be broken. From what I have heard, if you don’t rattle the correct cage within IBM, you will be waiting a long time. I refuse to do that, so I can see how normal people, those without connections within IBM, are treated by IBM. So far, their service is terrible.
